MORE CONSISTENT BLADE LOADS

    
• AutoCarry automatically controls blade lift to reduce operator fatigue. This function maintains desired blade load while limiting track slip and improving consistency.

    

• The feature automatically adjusts blade height to maintain a fully loaded blade for the entire length of the push.

    

• AutoCarry automatically adjusts blade load for ground conditions and slope.

    

• Operators can manually adjust target blade loads to increase or decrease machine carrying speed.

WORKS WITH BLADE LOAD MONITOR

    
• AutoCarry works in tandem with Blade Load Monitor to boost operator productivity.

    

• Blade Load Monitor allows operators to compare their current blade load to the capacity of the machine.

    

• While using AutoCarry, the Blade Load Monitor bar is always shown at the top of the home screen. This bar indicates three levels of load:

1. Partial Load
2. Target Machine Load
3. Excessive Load

    
• Helps operators of varied experience levels to maximize productivity with less effort

EASY TO USE

    
• The Load Factor setting adjusts the target blade load to maintain a higher carry speed with a smaller blade load.

    

• The Floor setting limits how far the blade automatically lowers. When turned off, the blade lowers as much as necessary to obtain a full blade load. When turned on, the blade is prevented from lowering below the operator’s last manually commanded blade position.

    

• After the blade is fully loaded and the implement lever is not commanded, AutoCarry adjusts blade height to carry a full blade load. Manual blade tilt commands are allowed while AutoCarry is actively controlling blade height.

• AutoCarry works well with Traction Control to reduce track slip and undercarriage wear.

    

• The feature works alongside Slope Assist and Grade Control to transition from bulk earthmoving to finish grade. While Grade or Slope Assist are in auto mode, AutoCarry will not lower the blade below a final design surface.
