Reports to: Parts Supervisor 

Working hours: 07:30 -16:30 

Main Purpose of Role 

To sell and assist with generating sales and receiving shipments of parts.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Work directly with customers at part’s counter.  
  2. Process parts requested for internal customers (Rental, Sales & Service Departments).  3. Verify parts received against invoices and/or packing lists.  
  3. Generate sales invoices and quotations for customers.  
  4. Allocate stock-orders to their appropriate locations – inventory for the warehouse, bond and or  back order shelf.  
  5. Place orders for required parts from Original Equipment Manufacturers.  
  6. Drive forklift and receive freight delivered to RIMCO Barbados facility.  
  7. Categorise all items on the backorder shelf, itemising for individual customers.  9. Prepare shipping documents for items to be shipped overseas.  
  8. Pack boxes and containers for the shipment of equipment and parts overseas.  11. Assist the Parts Department through customer networking and deliveries.  
  9. Maintain a clean and safe work area compliant with the Safety & Health at Work Act.
